We talk about ownership, not motivation.

R·I·S·E is the framework. Risepreneurs are the founders who apply it — and earn what comes with it. The podcast is where we talk to them. All of it exists to make the difference between a job, a business, and an asset visible enough to act on.

The thesis.

Anyone with a business card calls themselves an entrepreneur now. The word has been worn flat. A Risepreneur is more specific: a founder who applies a framework to convert what they run into an asset that runs without them — and transfers when they choose. The framework is R·I·S·E. The category isn’t theoretical — Risepreneurs already exist, often before there was a name for what they did. The framework codifies the moves that earned them generational wealth.

Most founders build something that pays them. A few build something that runs without them. Risepreneurs build something that transfers — an asset that holds its value when the founder walks away.

That last step is what we work on. Not a course. Not motivation. A structured conversation — on air, and through four qualified paths — about the decisions that move enterprise value.

The framework — R·I·S·E

Refine. Remove founder dependency. Build the structure that lets the business run — and sell — without you at the center.

Invest. Grow through acquisition. Majority, minority, or asset. Strategic fit reviewed against capital, capacity, and intent.

Share. Joint ventures built on contribution symmetry — not vendor relationships wearing nicer clothes.

Exit. Full sale, partial liquidity, or strategic partner. Readiness, structure, and valuation alignment, reviewed confidentially.

Who this is not for.

First-time founders looking for inspiration. Pre-revenue businesses looking for a reason to exist. Anyone who wants a pitch. The framework qualifies on substance; the podcast edits out everything that is not a decision.

The co-hosts.

Risepreneur is hosted by operators. People who have built, bought, and exited businesses — and who have been wrong enough times to know the difference between a belief and a result.

The Thesis · principle

Most who call themselves entrepreneurs build a job. A few build a business. Risepreneurs build an asset — one that works without them, and sells when they want it to.
